Returns & Exchanges

We believe in creating faith-inspired art that brings a sense of peace to your home. Because our work is crafted by hand, no two items are identical.

1. Return Window

For our ready-made sculptures, if a standard piece does not resonate with you, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

2. Shipping & Packaging

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all return postage costs.

Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused state. Because these are delicate stone and wood sculptures, we kindly ask that you replicate our protective packing methods precisely to prevent transit damage.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at studio@crossent.net so we can provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at studio@crossent.net to receive the correct return shipping address. Items sent back without prior notification cannot be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item is safely back in our hands and inspected. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

6. Commissioned & Custom Works

Custom orders are crafted specifically for you and are considered final sales. Commissioned works cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
